Paul DiMarchi, Founding Partner

For the past 28 years, Paul DiMarchi has owned and operated DiMarchi Partners, with offices in Denver, Niwot and Boulder; the firm has been as large as 20 employees, and more typically has consisted of one or two partners with support staff.

The firm is a generalist retained firm, working mostly with emerging growth companies, on searches for senior talent in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations and General Management.

While the firm merged with Slayton Search Partners (based in Chicago) in June of 2004, Paul split off again as an independent in July of 2007, and operates the firm today as a sole practitioner with expert research support.

Previous to his recruiting experience, Paul spent nearly ten years with a national apparel retailer, opening and staffing hundreds of stores in California, Colorado and the Midwest.

Born in New York City (the greatest city in the world), Paul was educated at the University of Minnesota, graduating in 1971 with dual majors in Economics and Psychology.

On a personal note, Paul has two grown children, and spends his free time with them and also snow skiing, water skiing, enjoying fine wines, and motorcycling around the world.
